Yes, men can get breast cancer too, though it is fairly rare. Be aware of warning signs of cancer wherever they appear. Women cannot get prostate or testicular cancer and men cannot get ovarian or uterine cancer, but other than those, cancer seems to be an equal opportunity disease.
